THE RULES ,

GENERAL .

1 ) . obey the admins at all times. we aren't purposely trying to be douchey, we do what we do for the site. do not spam the c-ox or hate on us because you were not accepted or because we told you that you were wrong. it's not cool.

2 ) . respect. it's all about respect. we all learned this in primary, guys. absolutely no out of character fights. fight in character all you want, it does not cross over to the c-box, if there is a problem involve one of the admin and we will help sort this out.


3 ) . do not advertise anywhere[/u] but the boards meant to pimp your sites. liz will ban you and attack you with a spork, it's spam and douchebaggery

4 ) . do not steal. no way. nothing, it's not cool. if you have stolen anything from our site or from other sites and are using it on our site we will not hesitate to speak to you about it or ban you. it's not cool. do not try it.

JOINING & ACTIVITY .

1 ) . you can make as many characters as you can handle. if you feel you can handle five characters go ahead. if you are leaving an account inactive – not logged in for an excess of two weeks – we may ask you to delete the account so the face is available. each of your characters must have their own separate account, even for twins.


2 ) . if you've made an account and have not posted on it within a week, it will be deleted unless you have spoken to an admin. hiatus notices will excuse from only one activity check. accounts not logged into for two weeks will be deleted, if you have other active characters you will spoken to about being active with all of your characters – you get one warning.

3 ) . be original & realistic. no one is perfect. however, there is no need for your character to be an abused, drug addicted, teenage mother stripping for a living. happy medium: find it.

4 ) . don't be cheap with your application. put some thought into it.

5 ) . no myspace, scenesters, internet, facebook, deviant art or other non stars can be used as your claim. models, actresses, actors, singers or any other celebrities may be used. no anime or cartoon characters. it's not cool. be realistic – angelina jolie is not going to play a 16 year old. dakota fanning will not pass for 25.

6 ) . display names will be first & last or first middle & last. that's it. all lowercase.

7 ) . if you have not posted on an account in two weeks, it will be deleted. if you have multiple characters we will contact you on one of your other accounts on keeping all of your characters active.

THREADING .

1 ) . this is a literate advanced board, but not everyone can pump out a thousand words every day, we have our off-days where our muse just won't cooperate. the minimum word count for your posts is 800. that being said we are not going to be nazi about i and police all your posts running them through our microsoft word to make sure you are posting above 800 words, everyone has an off day. consisten posting below the limit and we will talk with you.

2 ) . spell check is your friend! like it, learn it, love it.

3 ) . do not use chat speak in your posts. ever. it hurts people's eyes.

4) . as always be fair to the person threading with you, try to match their posts if you can, don't give them one paragraph for their five – nothing kills a thread faster then somebody not pulling their weight. if you are having trouble expanding your posts caution has great guides to help improve your role playing.

MATURE CONTENT .

1 ) . this a mature site which means you should expect things like, sex and drugs to pop up.

2 ) . please put a warning at the begginning of a thread if it is going to have r-rated content. that said, that doesn't giving you free reign to go erotica on us or give us a post so full of gore that the creators of saw want to contact you and have you help them, write the next forty movies.

3 ) . if you are going to be doing any sort of plots involving pregnancies, please, please run them by an admin. it's a pain, but i promise you nine times out of ten it'll be cool. we are really just trying to stop the site from becoming a nursery.

GRAPHICS .

1 ) . no sigs that are going to stretch the board. they should not be bigger then 500 x 400.

2 ) . you have to at least have in icon, the max size for those are 100 x 200.

3 ) . abide by the tos set out by proboards, no nudity, overly sexual images or violent, bloody ones. it's gross.
